What does "custom-configured" mean?
Before you start using Stimaro, we learn how your team estimates and set up your instance to match. That means your rate structures, report formats, and workflows are built in from day one, not something you spend weeks configuring yourself.
What counts as a custom feature?
Anything that doesn’t exist in the core platform but would make your estimating better. Minor customizations (label changes, report tweaks, layout adjustments) are included in every tier. Moderate features (new report types, workflow additions) are included in Professional. Large-scope features (new modules, complex integrations) are quoted per engagement on Enterprise.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
We offer month-to-month billing with no long-term contracts. Founding partners who commit to an annual plan get preferred rates.
What happens if we need more seats than our tier includes?
Additional seats are available on Starter and Professional at a per-seat rate. On Enterprise, seat counts are set as part of your contract. Each seat is an install licensed to one estimator.
How long does setup take?
Most clients are up and running within a week. We handle the configuration. You just need to walk us through how you currently estimate, and we do the rest.
Can I migrate from my current estimating tool?
Yes. We import rate libraries from Excel or CSV during onboarding and handle the data shaping for you. If your current tool doesn’t export cleanly, we’ll work with you to extract and reformat what you need.
