Bid Sheet & Markup

Build bids where the markup spreads itself.

Markup layers spread proportionally across every bid row: per-category, direct cost, project overhead, corporate overhead, profit, and bond premium. Move Money lets you unbalance unit prices without touching the total.

Common questions

Can I import rate tables from Excel?

Yes. We import your rate libraries from Excel or CSV during onboarding and handle the data shaping for you. Migrating from another estimating tool? We’ll work with you to extract and reformat what you have.

What file formats can I export to?

Reports export to PDF, covering bid snapshots, cost summaries, item detail, rate tables, and move-money analyses. RFQ packages export to Excel for sending to vendors.

How is Stimaro different from spreadsheet estimating?

Rate changes cascade automatically, markup spreads by cost category across every bid row, and reports are built in. A spreadsheet can’t do those things without fragile macros.

How long does onboarding take?

Most clients are live within a week. We configure your instance to your rate structures, report formats, and workflows before you start.
